EXPERIENCE THE ULTIMATE 70’S TOUR AT THE DIAMOND CENTER, FEATURING ORLEANS, POCO, AND PURE PRAIRIE LEAGUE.
Formed in Woodstock, NY in 1972, Orleans went about perfecting its recipe of eclectic material, including R&B
seasoned with Cajun and second-line roots. A round of showcase performances in New York City gave rise to a
recording contract and the release of the eponymously titled first album in 1973. Later signing with Asylum Records,
they produced chart-topping hits including “Dance With Me”, “Let There Be Music”, “Love Takes Time”, “Reach”
and, of course, their American standard, “Still the One.” Few popular music groups have been performing and
recording with their original members for decades, yet Orleans still currently performs around the globe.
Poco’s 1969 debut Pickin’ Up The Pieces was arguably more country than rock, but its critical success made the band
the leaders of the country rock genre. The self-titled Poco was released to critical applause, and like its predecessor

was 1972’s superb A Good Feelin’ To Know that became their most critically acclaimed work. Poco persevered into
the 1980s, then after a hiatus, the band returned with the exhilarating Legacy, one of their biggest albums.
More recent albums include 2002’s Running Horse and 2005’s Bareback At Big Sky. Poco remain among the pioneering champions
of country rock and continue to tour the U.S.A timeless band accredited for helping introduce the country-rock genre to the masses, Pure Prairie League got their start playing cover tunes at the local bars of Southern Ohio.
During the mid-1970s, Pure Prairie League’s music began to climb the charts, beginning with their hit single “Amie.” Following shortly after was the group’s highest-charting album, Two Lane Highway, at No. 24 on Billboard’s album charts. In 2005, Pure Prairie League released another album, All In Good Time, and has played shows every year since then.
