ELIGIBILITY

The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period. Must be in good standing and not in "banned" status in order to participate.

EVENT DETAILS:
Beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2026 to Wednesday, July 29, 2026, Desert Diamond Casino West Valley and Desert Diamond Casino White Tanks Marketing department will present the "Megan Moroney Social Media Giveaway." This will be a Facebook event held online. Diamond Rewards card members may participate by going to the Desert Diamond West Valley & White Tanks social media page and clicking on the event link which will direct them to the entry form. Two (2) winners will receive two (2) tickets to see "Megan Moroney" on August 11, 2026 at Desert Diamond Arena.

EVENT DETAILS:

Entry Dates: Wednesday, July 1, 2026, noon to Wednesday, July 29, 2026, 11:59 am.

Two (2) winners will receive (2) tickets to see "Megan Moroney" on August 11, 2026 at Desert Diamond Arena.

Must be 21 years old and a Diamond Rewards card member.

TOGE employees are not eligible to participate.

One entry form per person.

Winners will be selected on the drawing that will take place on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 after 11:59am.

Winners will be selected by contracted Social Media Consultant using a Random Name Picker.

Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone. If the Potential Winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, the Potential Winner shall forfeit the prize.

Winners must claim their prize at the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley Rewards Center by Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at noon. If prize is not picked up, the unclaimed prize will not be awarded.

Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced.

You can enter the Sweepstakes through the Sponsor contest entry web page. Entrants must fill out all required fields on the entry form to participate in the sweepstakes. After submitting the required information on the entry form, the entrant will be entered into the sweepstakes. Only one entry per person. Can not win more than once in a 60 day period. Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment values your privacy and agrees not to sell your email and information to any outside company.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. Grand prize winner(s) will be chosen at random and emailed to claim their prize. Announcement and instructions for prize will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prize winner’s entry form. Grand prize winner will be contacted by phone and email. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this sweepstakes. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Administrator (or Sponsor) within 24 hours, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and/or IRS W-9 form.
