Chef Pasqual Rodriguez, our new Executive Chef has created culinary perfection with our “New” American Cuisine inspired menus. Chef Pasqual’s artistic plating is the perfect complement for the balance of tastes and layers of flavor.

Agave Restaurant features Beef, Seafood, Pasta and Specialty dishes using the freshest ingredients, cooked to order. Dine in our casual atmosphere or go “al fresco” and enjoy the spectacular Arizona sunset in our courtyard facing patio.

Agave Restaurant is located at our Sahuarita location and is opened seven days a week,

From 11am to 9pm, Sunday-Thursday. 11am to 10pm, Friday and Saturday.
