Desert Diamond Club Rules
Desert Diamond Casino invites all it's eligible Guests to join the Desert Diamond Club. The following rules apply to all Desert Diamond Club members.
MEMBERSHIP RULES
1. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to join the Desert Diamond Club. Employees of the Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise are not eligible for Desert Diamond Club membership.
2. Your membership in the Desert Diamond Club, and any Diamond Dollars, bonus points, or benefits to which you are or may become entitled, cannot be transferred. Your membership or benefits may not be brokered, bartered, or sold, and may not be transferred upon death or as part of a civil or domestic relations matter.
3. You must present a valid picture ID when you enroll in the Desert Diamond Club. To conduct transactions with the Desert Diamond Club, you must present both your Desert Diamond Club card and valid picture ID. Valid picture ID is defined as a current and valid driver’s license, state issued identification card, military identification card, Tribal identification card, or passport.
4. You must ensure that your Desert Diamond Club card is properly inserted into the card reader box while engaged in play. Playing with the Desert Diamond Club card improperly inserted will not generate the associated points. You must present your Desert Diamond Club card at Blackjack to receive the associated points. Desert Diamond Club is not responsible for points lost due to an improperly inserted card or failure to present your Desert Diamond Club card at Blackjack.
5. Management may, in its sole discretion, adjust any Diamond Dollar, point balance resulting from malfunction, operator error, and/or fraud.
6. Disputes regarding your eligibility for membership in the Desert Diamond Club, accumulation or redemption of Diamond Dollars, points and or your balances with the Desert Diamond Club will be resolved by management, whose decision will be final and binding.
7. Duplicate cards may be issued upon presentation of valid picture ID. Desert Diamond Club is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
8. The Desert Diamonds Club policy does not permit you to accrue points by
distributing your card to other players or to insert your card into another
player’s machine. If you have accrued, or attempt to accrue points to your
account through improper or fraudulent activity, the Desert Diamond Club may cancel your membership and/or benefits to which you otherwise would be
entitled. Fraudulent activity also may result in exclusion from the casino.
9. Complimentary services may be extended to members of the Desert Diamond Club, at the discretion of the Desert Diamond Club. Benefits are based on play.
10. Redemption of points must be done in increments of $5.00 and Diamond Dollars in increments of $1.00. Vouchers expire within 2 days of issuance.
11. The Desert Diamond Club’s member’s accounts and accrued points expire after 12 months of inactivity. To maintain an active account status, you must accrue points in your account during each 12 month period. Diamond Dollars expire 90 days from the date awarded.
12. Management reserves the right to provide new members with Diamond Dollars, bonus points, prizes, or cash awards at its discretion.
13. Your use of the Desert Diamond Club card constitutes acceptance of the
conditions of the Desert Diamond Club and its membership rules. Management reserves the right to change, modify or withdraw any portion of the Desert Diamond Club, its rules for membership, its accrual and redemption system, or its promotions, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
14. By becoming a Desert Diamond Club member and providing your contact information, you agree and understand that Desert Diamond Casino may communicate with you using the information you have provided to the Desert Diamond Club. This includes, but is not limited to, mailing addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses.
15. A copy of our privacy policy is available upon request at the Desert
Diamond Club.
