Internship Program

If you're an enrolled Tohono O’odham Nation member you may be eligible to participate in the Enterprise’s Internship Program.

 

This program is designed to develop highly capable Tohono O'odham members by providing them with opportunities to gain valuable work experience and knowledge that they can apply to future employment.

 

The Internship Program is a one-year program beginning in October of each year. Participants are expected to work 40 hours per week at a starting wage of $13.15 per hour.

 

Participants can choose from the following career areas: Food & Beverage, Hotel, Marketing & Public Relations, Accounting, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Gaming Operations, Security or Facilities.

 

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be an enrolled Tohono O'odham tribal member
  • Possess an Associate's Degree or higher
  • Have no felony convictions
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to pass the Tohono O’odham Gaming Office licensing process
