Poker “Cash for Christmas” Lottery-December 25 & 26
On Friday December 25, 2009 and Saturday December 26, 2009 the Tohono O'odham Gaming Enterprise will hold the Cash for Christmas lottery in the Poker Room at the Desert Diamond Casino Nogales Hwy. location. The Cash for Christmas lottery will consist of random drawings in the Poker room, wherein the Guest that is selected will be permitted to choose a Christmas stocking that contains a cash prize ranging from $25 to $500.
Starting at 8:00 am on December 25, a Floor Supervisor (or higher position) will use the Genesis Bravo Random Seat Generator to randomly select a Guest who is seated in a live game. The Guest who has been selected for the drawing must not have a missed blind in front of them. The poker dealer, dealing at the table the Guest was selected, will notify the Floor Supervisor (or higher position) if the selected guest has a missed blind in front of them at the table. The selected Guest must be seated at a table in live play, may not have a missed blind in front of them, and must be a Desert Diamond Club member logged into the Bravo Player tracking system in order to be eligible to be selected.
Drawings will begin at 8:00 am on December 25 and will take place each ½ hour thereafter until 3:30AM Saturday December 26, 2009, for a total of 40 drawings. There will be a total of 40 Christmas stockings mounted to a bulletin board from which each selected Guest will choose one (1) stocking. Each stocking will contain a card indicating the amount of the cash prize won.
If the selected Guest has a missed blind in front of them, or is otherwise not qualified to win, the Floor Person or higher position will use the Genesis Bravo Random Seat Generator system to randomly select another Guest that meets the qualifications. This will continue until a winner is found.
Guests may win the Cash for Christmas drawings multiple times over the course of the lottery.
