Golden Ha-San “Ghoulish Cash” October 1 - 31
Beginning, Thursday, October 1, 2009, and continuing through Saturday, October 31, 2009, the GOLDEN HA-SAN CASINO will host a promotional event titled “Ghoulish Cash” at Golden Ha:san Casino. The “Ghoulish Cash” promotion will consist of 10 hourly drawings and a Grand Prize drawing for $500.00 in cash on October 31, 2009. In addition, the GOLDEN HA-SAN CASINO will be giving away free complimentary promotional items on October 31st - while supplies last.
Starting on Thursday, October 1, 2009, at 10am, the GOLDEN HA-SAN CASINO will begin distributing Entry Forms hourly, at a pre-determined time, to each Guest in the casino gaming area (does not include the Convenience Store). Guests in the gaming area will receive (2) Entry Forms per hour everyday. In addition, (1) additional entry form will be distributed to Guests who are playing with their Golden Ha:san Casino club card in the card reader per hour per day. Entry Form distribution will cease at 12:00 noon on October 31, approximately 1 hour prior to the first scheduled drawing.
Guests will be required to complete Entry Forms by legibly writing their full name and address. The Guest will be responsible for placing the completed Entry Form(s) in the secured tumbler. Any Entry Form that is incomplete or illegible will be voided by the MOD at the time of drawing. Submission of Entry Forms in the secured tumbler will stop 30 minutes prior to the first hourly drawing on the scheduled drawing day.
For each scheduled drawing, the MOD and one designated casino employee will randomly draw one (1) Entry Form. There will be (10) ten drawings at the following dates and times:
- October 31, 2009 at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, & 10pm
- October 31, 2009 at 11pm (Grand Prize Drawing)
On Halloween Day (October 31st) there will be a total of 10 hourly drawings for cash prizes of either $50, $75, or $100, and 1 Grand Prize Drawing for $500 cash. For each scheduled drawing, the MOD will call out the name written on the Entry Form and the Guest will have one (1) minute to claim the prize. A Guest is considered to be disqualified to claim the prize by (1) If the Guest fails to claim the prize within one 1- minute after their name is announced: 2) Guest cannot provide valid photo ID; or 3) Entry form is illegible, incomplete or folded, which the Entry Form will be set aside, and another Entry Form will be drawn until a qualified winner can be determined.
When a qualified winner is determined, that Guest will be asked to choose one ghost (from a total of 10 different ghosts) from the prize basket. Each of the 10 ghosts will have a cash prize amount written inside of it for $50, $75, or $100. The Guest will then reveal the selected ghost and the amount written inside will be the amount of the cash prize awarded.
After a winner is determined any Entry Forms that were set aside (except the winner’s Entry Form, any Entry Forms that are illegible, incomplete or folded), will be placed back into the secured tumbler for another chance to win. In the event all Entry Forms are drawn and NO Guest claims the prize, the MOD may authorize an employee to distribute Entry Forms for that hourly drawing to those Guests currently in the Casino gaming area.
A Guest may win multiple “Ghoulish Cash” hourly drawings. Guests do not need to be actively playing at the time their Entry Form is drawn in order to qualify for the prize.
The Golden Ha:san Casino will also hold a Costume Contest for all Guests at the facility on Halloween Day. Registration for the costume contest is limited to Guests only (no TOGO/GOLDEN HA-SAN CASINO employees) and will begin at 8pm – 8:45pm. Judging for the costume contest will start at 9pm. Costumes will be judged on Creativity, Originality, Uniqueness, Recognition and Overall Impression. The top three costumes will be awarded cash prizes as follows: 1st Place $150.00; 2nd Place $125.00; and, 3rd Place $100.00.
All Costume Contest participants must present a valid photo identification to register and to claim a prize. If a Guest fails to provide valid photo identification, they will not be permitted to register and participate in the contests.
