The Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) is committed to being a positive and supportive member of the Southern Arizona community. As part of this promise, TOGE designates a portion of its funds to go directly to quality non-profits in need of additional aid. Since the Tohono O’odham Nation’s gaming enterprise was first established over 25 years ago, more than $10 million has been donated through this program. 

 

 

TOGE’s mission is to help meet the needs of communities throughout Southern Arizona and the Tohono O’odham Nation. Areas of focus include education, child advocacy, health care, and senior care, among others.  

 

 

Qualified non-profit organizations across Southern Arizona, including Tucson, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Marana, Ajo, Nogales and others are all eligible to apply for these funds.

 

 

Deadline for Submission: The 15^th of each month (October - September)

Non-profit charitable organizations classified as 501 c 3 (copy of proof of status must be submitted) are eligible to apply.

 

The following paperwork must be included as part of the application: Letter of request, donation level, and past history with TOGE.

 

Support materials, such as annual reports, pamphlets/brochures, articles, etc. can be included in application packet.

 

Organizations may only submit one request in a 12-month period.

 

 

If the deadline for submission of the application falls after the 15^th of any month, the request will be reviewed in the following month. In order to get your request in a timely manner, send all applications at least two to three months prior to the event. If press releases, save the date cards, posters, or billboards have a time frame included, then submit an application at least four to five months before the event.

 

Faxed applications will not be accepted.

TOGE realizes that the current economic crisis is dramatically impacting non-profit organizations in Southern Arizona by increasing the need for assistance. TOGE will continue to do its best to accommodate as many requests as possible.
